Between them they can hold from 20-100 persons. You will find there modern, professional audio-visual equipment and free WiFi access as in the whole of GEM. We can also offer equipment for simultaneous translation, sound system, and expert technical assistance. You can organize here quality training, conference and symposium. Our unique location in a green, and yet close to the very centre, part of Wrocław - combined with the high standard of sports and leisure facilities makes GEM an ideal place to host a variety of sports and team building events. Conference room Gem (50 m2) is located on the first floor of the hotel. The room is equipped for running diverse types of professional training, product demonstrations, etc. in the form of lectures and workshops.
Conference room Set (56 m2) located on the ground floor of the hotel with a separate entrance directly from the hotel car park. It is well prepared for running professional training and product demonstration sessions organized as lectures and workshops. Tables arranged in a U shape. It is possible to set up a reception and buffet by the entrance in the hotel lobby.
A large conference room (120m2) located on the ground floor of the hotel with a separate entrance directly from the hotel car park. Several ways of arranging tables are possible – cinema auditorium, classroom, U-shape, L-shape. In summer there is an outdoor seating area. Excellent accoustics and the appropriate equipment make the room suitable for training, lectures, meetings, conferences and concerts. It is possible to set up a reception and buffet by the entrance in the hotel lobby.
Kominkowa (20 m2) is a conference room with a working fireplace, located on the ground floor of the hotel with a separate entrance from the patio, ideal for business meetings, interviews and training sessions as well as family celebrations, small parties and elegant dinners. The fire, lit at the guests’ request, adds to the special atmosphere and makes the occasion even more memorable.
